Why I sold my UPST Today - 7/7/2022

Today UPST guided lower in revenue and earnings, therefore, I sold my entire holdings. As result, I bought GOOGL with the proceeds. I should have sold earlier, but better late than never. See the chart below.

I do feel good about the GOOGL addition for two reasons:

1. Buying shares before the GOOGL 20-1 Split

2. Rotation from a high PE stock to a lower PE stock
